Yes this morning we "dumped that dirt"...right into our yard! Lol. Being that we have dogs that like to dig, trees that we have taken down, trucks that have ran on certain parts of the yard...and so forth, we have some pot holes. As luck would have it, dad got a phone call from our neighbor who works in some construction business and they were needing to haul off some top soil. He said the top soil was free, but $25 would have it loaded and trucked to your house! How nice and convenient!
So when taking up on a offer like this... you never really know what you are gonna get. Surprisingly, it was pretty pleasant. Biggest decision that had to be made was where to put it! Seeing as how at first we didn't know exactly how much it was and all.... We have around 4 acres and it went from the front yard, to no grass areas, to the back where the dogs are...to finally behind the driveway in the middle of our land. Mom second guessed this place...after it was to late! Hah.
